Gymmy

Your leads land in one place.

Someone books a trial on your site, leaves their details on a Facebook or Instagram ad, or writes to you. The card is in your leads, with where it came from. You follow up, you write again, you sign them up.

  • 4

    stages, from new to joined

  • Meta

    Facebook and Instagram

  • 9–20 h

gym time, once you turn it on

  • 0

automatic emails until you turn it on

  • A trial form you can paste

In Settings, you copy a snippet (or an iframe) for Wix, WordPress, Squarespace or an HTML page. The visitor books a trial without leaving your page. If no trial class is on sale yet, the same block shows a contact form. You can also paste the schedule, the offers or a contact form.

  • Meta lead forms

You connect your Facebook Page. People who fill in a Facebook or Instagram lead ad land as leads: name, email, phone, answers, form name, campaign and ad. You can send Meta the stage they reached (received, trial booked, joined). Gymmy posts nothing on the Page and does not read your messages.

  • A simple pipeline

Four stages: New, Trial, Joined, Lost. Booking a trial moves a new lead to Trial. You can mark the source (Instagram, Facebook, Google, your site, word of mouth, a referral, a walk-in, or other).

    • A first contact if no trial is booked after two days.
    • A reminder the day before the trial class.
    • A note the day after the trial.
    • A last follow-up a week later, if they have not joined.
  • Follow-ups you can automate

Nothing goes out until you turn it on, in Settings > Follow-ups. Three routines: convert a trial, follow up a lead, write to a member who stopped coming. Up to three emails each, between 9:00 and 20:00, your gym’s time. First name, gym name and booking link fill in on their own. When a routine is on, it takes over the to-do, so you don’t write twice.

Common questions

Does the form work without a Gymmy site?

Yes. You paste it on the site you already have. Each contact lands in your leads, with its source.

Do follow-ups send themselves from day one?

No. Tasks show up in Leads. Automatic emails stay off until you turn them on, and you rewrite the text.

What does Meta get back?

Only if you turn it on: the lead’s stage (received, trial booked, joined), with their lead id. Nothing else is posted on your Page.

Ready when you are.

You create your gym in a few minutes. You pay when you publish, or at the end of the 90 days if you are opening.
