Your plans, paid into your account.
You decide what you sell. The member pays by card or by SEPA debit. The money lands on your Stripe account, not on Gymmy’s. Gymmy keeps 0.25% of the amount, and Stripe’s fees come on top.

The plans
Unlimited, or a set number of classes per period. The period is a month, a week or a year. Commitment, if you want one, is 3, 6 or 12 months, or none. You name your plans and set your price. The examples at sign-up are only a starting point.
Class packs, drop-ins and trials
A drop-in is one class. A class pack is several classes, valid for 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days, or with no end date. Pack credits are used when someone books. A trial class can be free, or paid (from €0.50). A membership hold pauses Stripe collection on monthly and weekly plans. A yearly plan is not paused that way.
Card and debit
Plans and classes go through Stripe, on your gym’s account: card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and SEPA debit. The shop takes cards only, because a SEPA debit takes days and pickup is within the hour. Your own Gymmy subscription is paid by card or by SEPA too.
Common questions
Where does members’ money go?
To your Stripe account. Gymmy takes 0.25% of the online payment collected through Gymmy, on top of Stripe fees.
Can I sell monthly and yearly at the same time?
Yes. Each plan has its own period: week, month or year. A class pack and a drop-in are one-off payments, not subscriptions.
Does a free trial create a member?
A free trial stays a lead. A paid trial, a drop-in, a class pack or a plan creates the record, or finds the person if the email is already there.
Ready when you are.
You create your gym in a few minutes. You pay when you publish, or at the end of the 90 days if you are opening.
