Who it’s for
A gym that has not opened its doors yet, or that opened them in the last 90 days. A date six months from now is fine. So is a gym that opened two months ago. Past 90 days, the box no longer applies: the usual trial is still there, with 10 members and one week of programming.
What you pay after
One plan. €99 a month excl. VAT, or €990 a year (two months free on the year). Unlimited members. Staff is not counted. Each extra gym is 50%, which is €49.50 a month excl. VAT. On online payments collected through Gymmy, 0.25% on top of Stripe fees. The price does not change after the 90 days: it is the same price, not a step up.
What the plan includes
Your gym’s booking page: the schedule, the offers, trial booking. You can sell before you even open. It is not a showcase website. A site made for your gym, built around that booking, is done on request.

Common questions
How do the 90 days start?
At sign-up, as soon as the box is ticked and the opening date is accepted. Nobody reviews an application. There is no call to book.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You use Gymmy for 90 days with no member cap and without the one-week programming limit. You add a card or an IBAN whenever you want. If you do it during the 90 days, the first charge goes out at the end of that period. If you do it after, the regular price applies right away.
Does the price go up afterwards?
No. On day 91 it is €99 a month excl. VAT, or €990 a year excl. VAT if you pick the year. The same price as on the Pricing page. There are no credits running out, and no setup fee.
Is there a commitment?
No. Monthly or yearly, you cancel whenever you want. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid.
What if I am only trying it, and not opening?
You leave the box unticked. The usual trial applies: up to 10 members and one week of programming, no card.
