[email protected]Members (Gymmy app)
- How do I sign in?
- Enter your email in the app: we send you a one-time code, no password to remember. You can also continue with Apple or Google. No code? Check your spam folder, then ask for a new one.
- How do I find my gym?
- Your gym needs to use Gymmy. Sign in with the email you gave your gym and it shows up automatically. Otherwise, search for it in the app and send a join request for your gym to approve.
- Booking or cancelling a class
- Open the schedule, pick a class and book. To cancel, open the booked class. The rules (cancellation window, waitlist, credits) are set by your gym.
- Payments and memberships
- Payments go directly to your gym, not to Gymmy. For a refund, a plan change or an invoice, contact your gym.
- Delete my account
- In the app: Settings, Delete my account. Or on the web, without signing in. Delete your account
